  • * To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time student in an accredited university during the conference (September 12-16, 2022). Please upload a copy of valid ID (student card of official admission letter) including the expiry date onto the registration system (acceptable file type: pdf, jpeg, jpg, png & gif).
    If you are unable to upload it onto the registration system, please send it to AVEC’22 Registration Desk (avec22@or.knt.co.jp) by e-mail or fax within two business days after registration completion.
  • * The registration site will be closed for a few hours due to the system maintenance while switching from Early-bird to Regular period.

Login ID and Password for the Online Symposium Platform

Participants who have completed their payment by August 26, 2022 will be notified of their personal login ID and password for the online symposium platform by September 05, 2022. (For payments after August 26, 2022, notification of login ID and password will be after September 07, 2022.)

Since ID and password to access the symposium platform will be issued only after your payment is confirmed, payment by bank transfer must be completed by August 26, 2022 (JST) in order to participate in the symposium.

  • * Payment Deadline:
    In-Person : Payment should be made with credit card or bank transfer by August 26, 2022.
    In-Person (Onsite) : Payment should be made with cash or credit card onsite.
    Online : Payment should be made with credit card by September 16, 2022 and bank transfer by August 26, 2022.
  • * No registration will be confirmed in the absence of this payment (if any).
  • * Neither checks nor cash are accepted.
  • * Registration fee payment must be received prior to the deadline date in order to remain at the current registration rate.

You can download invoice and receipt from My Page. (We do not accept requests to send receipts via email or postal mail.)

Cancellation Policy

After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change nor cancel your registration status online. For change or cancellation of your registration, please contact AVEC’22 Registration desk by e-mail (avec22@or.knt.co.jp) with your name and registration number (A*****).

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon - Fri 9:30-17:00 [JST] except national holidays).

After working hours, cancellation will be made on the next working day, which may incur charges.

Kindly note that AVEC’22 Registration desk will be closed on dates below due to the National Holidays in Japan.

On and after August 2, 2022 100% of the registration fee/NO REFUND

Refund

Refunds will be made after the symposium upon deducting bank transfer fees, and/or credit card service charges, and the cancellation penalties.

If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.

If the payment was made by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account by email.
